Yes, we certify that all our products are 100% authentic, they all come from retail sneaker stores.

As soon as your order is shipped by Swiss Post, you will receive an email with your package tracking link. Until then, we unfortunately cannot know exactly when your order will arrive at your home, but we do our best to make it as quickly as possible.

The shipping time varies depending on the product and size ordered. Generally, you will receive your order between 2 and 12 working days after your payment by Swiss Post.

Not all shoes available on our website are necessarily directly in stock in our warehouse. We work with trusted partners in Switzerland and abroad to offer the widest possible selection at the best price.

However, all orders are received in our warehouse to be checked before being sent to you. We always do our best to ensure that orders arrive as quickly as possible, the verification time in our warehouse is very short (usually just a few hours). Therefore, there is little we can do to speed up these delivery times.

All orders are delivered free of charge in Switzerland.

Unfortunately no, all orders are final. Orders can’t be modified or cancelled.

We accept returns but no refunds will be made. You will receive a store credit for the value of your order (minus 10.- for return shipping costs). Please contact us by email or on our Instagram before ordering if you have questions about the size you should get.
