The Nike Ja 1 Year of the Dragon (GS) is a shoe for grade schoolers designed to help celebrate the 2024 Lunar New Year. The Year of the Dragon (GS) version of the Nike Ja 1 has a crisp white mesh upper for breathability. Under the white mesh on the sides, a bright-blue color peeks out. White leather forms the toe cap and mudguard, which encircles the entire shoe. A white leather overlay with a scale pattern in metallic gold is also on each side, separating the forefoot from the rest of the shoe. A textured Nike Swoosh appears on each side, while the glacier-blue heel collar contains Ja Morant s branding. The gold heel collar contains the number 12 in red, while the tongue also contains Morant s logo in red.
