The ASICS Gel-NYC Cream Oatmeal is a performance athletic shoe that takes design inspiration from the early 2000s with some technology updates. This version of the ASICS Gel-NYC is made with a Cream-colored off-white mesh upper for breathability. Suede uppers in a darker shade of the color cross the upper, forming the mudguard and toe cap as well as the typical ASICS logo on each side. The ASICS brand name appears in red on the lateral heel, while the heel contains GEL branding in red. Another red ASICS logo can be found on the tongue. A yellow and off-white midsole and outsole infused with gel technology round out the design. Our favorite element of this shoe is the muted colorway, which allows the red and yellow accents to stand out.
