Description
The University Blue White The Nike Air Max 1 upper is mostly made of white mesh, with University Blue accents that draw attention to the lateral Swooshes and suede mudguards. The tongue, branding, mesh inner lining, and the visible Air Max heel unit are all blue. Overlays of gray suede are positioned thoughtfully on the vamp, heels, and midfoot. With its black rubber outsole and white midsole, the shoe keeps a simple, timeless appearance. The University of North Carolina Blue is introduced underfoot by the pillars of the Air Max bubble, while the surrounding foam takes on a « colorless » look. The outsole’s waffle pattern, which is evocative of 1987 launch versions, complements the color blocking.
