Kevin Durant has paid tribute to his late Aunt Pearl, who died from lung cancer in 2000, with a special edition of his Nike signature sneaker every year since entering the NBA. The Nike KD 8 Aunt Pearl was one of the many Aunt Pearl sneakers that he has helped design over the course of his NBA career.The upper on this Aunt Pearl release featured a floral motif with this entire print done up in bright pink and purple colors.
