The Puma LaMelo Ball MB.03 Blue Hive is a basketball shoe with a slime-inspired look designed as a collaboration with Charlotte Hornets star LaMelo Ball.This version of the Puma LaMelo Ball MB.03 is made with a breathable knit textile upper. Most of the upper appears in black, while jagged scratches reveal Electric Peppermint blue underneath. A synthetic black mudguard rounds out the toe box and features « DiP » in red on the inner forefoot. The cushioned heel is black and bears Puma branding in blue as well as LaMelo Ball branding as it features « M.E.L.O » and « 01ofOne » in red. The tongue also features bold branding elements and the words « Not From Here » appear at the bottom of the laces. A black-speckled rubber sole and an Electric Peppermint blue outsole bleed up onto the body of the shoe in a slime-like design. Our favorite feature of this shoe is that the midsole is infused with NITRO nitrogen-injected foam in order to provide lightweight cushioning and responsiveness.
