These General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”) apply to all orders placed via https://newsole.ch.
2. Scope
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these GTC.
They apply exclusively to the sale of physical products (sneakers and accessories).
3. Offer and conclusion of contract
The presentation of products on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer.
A binding purchase contract is concluded only when we send an explicit order confirmation email confirming the shipment of the goods.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to shipment, in particular in the event of pricing errors, stock issues or technical problems.
4. Prices and typographical errors
All prices are indicated in CHF and include applicable Swiss VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Despite our best efforts, products may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical or technical errors.
In such cases, Newsole reserves the right to cancel the order, even if payment has already been processed. Any amounts paid will be refunded in full via the original payment method.
5. Product availability
All products offered by Newsole are subject to availability. Many items are produced or sourced in limited quantities.
If a product is unavailable or cannot be delivered after an order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Any payments already made will be refunded in full.
6. Payment
Payment must be made using the payment methods offered during checkout.
Orders will only be processed and shipped after payment has been received in full, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Delivery
Delivery times are indicative and non-binding.
Newsole is not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party carriers, customs procedures or events beyond our reasonable control.
8. Returns and store credit
Returns are accepted within 7 days from receipt of the goods, provided that:
the sneakers have only been tried on (not worn),
the product is in perfect condition,
the original packaging is intact.
Returns are refunded exclusively via store credit, corresponding to the value of the returned product, minus CHF 10.– for return shipping costs.
Store credit issued following a return is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Orders paid in whole or in part with store credit are not eligible for returns or refunds.
The store credit may be used for a future order (different size or model), subject to product availability and the price applicable at the time of the new order.
Prices may change between the initial purchase and the new order. Any price difference must be paid by the customer. No refund is granted if the new product is cheaper.
9. Warranty
Products are sold “as is” and are subject only to the warranty provided by the manufacturer, if any.
Normal wear and tear, improper use or lack of care are excluded from any warranty.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, Newsole’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.
We exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These GTC are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
12. Amendments
Newsole reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time.
The version applicable is the one in force at the time the order is placed.
