The ASICS Gel-1130 Black Carbon is a running shoe made with Gel technology to support enhanced performance and comfort.This iteration of the ASICS Gel-1130 is made with a base of black mesh. This black mesh dominates the toe box, the sides, and the heel of the shoe. Gray suede overlays round out the toe box and appear on the sides in the typical ASICS pattern, while some of the overlays sport white lines in the middle. The heel has a curved design formed by the gray overlays, and the word GEL is placed here. The tongue features a Gel-1130 logo patch, and the shoe sits on top of an off-white rubber sole and outsole. Our favorite feature of this sneaker is the black mesh base, which provides both functionality and an elegant dark look.
