The adidas Superstar Cloud White Core Black is a recreation of the original Superstar version that was first worn on basketball courts in the 1970s and is now worn as streetwear. It has an all-white foundation with black accents all around it. Its upper is made of pure white leather with black coloration on the iconic three stripe labeling found on either side. In between the razor-edged stripes markings are perforations for breathability. Black hue also appears on the heel counter, where the adidas Trefoil emblem graces the shoe. Other branding appears at the tongue and insoles in a gold foil branding tag and adidas inscriptions. Additional traits of the sneaker include the impermeable toe shell, padded collar, flat cotton laces and a rubber outsole. What our experts think as the best features of the shoes are the rubberized toe shell built for protection against punctures, impacts and penetrations, the perforated side panels to improve its breathability and the rubber cup sole for maximum traction.
