The ASICS Gel-1130 Pink Salt (GS) is a shoe for grade school kids with a classic build and bold accents. The Pink Salt (GS) ASICS Gel-1130 has an upper made of breathable and flexible white mesh. White and off-white leather overlays with metallic silver accents cross the shoe, forming the toecap, eyestays, and heel supports. The typical ASICS design is formed on each side by these overlays accented with a light Pink Salt color. Gel branding is seen on the heel overlay, which is outlined with a bright red color, while more ASICS branding accented in red is seen on the tongue. The shoe is built with the ASICS signature TRUSSTIC support system, and Gel technology is found underfoot for support and responsiveness. The midsole is white, accented with red at the arch and Pink Salt under the heel. What we like best about this sneaker are the Pink Salt accents, which are subtle but add a nice touch of elegance.
