The Nike Air Max 1 Beef and Broccoli is a sneaker whose colorway takes its name from the popular Chinese take-out dish.This iteration of the Nike Air Max 1 is made with an Outdoor Green mesh base on the upper. Suede in different shades of brown provides overlays around the entire bottom of the shoe, above the sole, across the midsole, and running up to the laces. The Nike Swoosh appears in Outdoor Green on the midsole, while the heel is a darker shade of brown and also contains a Nike Swoosh. There is also a brown logo patch on the tongue, and a visible Air Max unit under the heel embedded in the black rubber outsole. Our favorite feature of these shoes is the two-tone cable laces, which add to the outdoor aesthetic of these shoes. The Nike Air Max 1 Beef and Broccoli was released on February 20, 2024, for a retail price of $140.
