The Nike Air Vapormax 2023 Flyknit Vast Grey Volt is an athletic shoe featuring a Flyknit fabric upper in Vast Grey and Volt s neon yellow hue. The mid- and outsole unit is done in transparent Volt, and the Swoosh alternates between Hot Punch on the interior and Emerald Rise on the exterior. The Vapormax branded heel tab and inner sole Swoosh add additional pops of Hot Punch. The design is one of Nike s most technically complex shoes, involving an eight-year development process that culminated in its market release. Initially released in 2017, the Vapormax is remarkable for its foam-free Air unit, which utilizes pure Air cushioning underfoot. Laces and a rounded-toe cap complete the sneaker.
