Description
The Converse Chuck Taylor All Star 70 Hi Sunflower presents a bright, single-tone design that updates a classic canvas style with refined details. Expect a familiar form elevated through subtle structure differences. The Sunflower Chuck Taylor All Star 70 Hi by Converse features a yellow canvas upper, maintaining the signature Chuck Taylor rubber toe cap. The midsoles rubber sidewall is slightly taller than standard models, distinguishing it from the typical design. This model draws its roots from early 20th-century basketball shoes, and the classic Converse All Star patch is still on the side panel. A rubber outsole gives additional traction, and a textile lining completes the interior. What we love about the Converse Chuck Taylor All Star 70 Hi Sunflower is using a heavier-grade canvas, which adds a noticeable structure to the shoe. The stitched sidewall detail is another favorite, creating a visually clean transition between the upper and sole. The shoe retailed at $80 when it was released on January 1st, 2018.
