Description
The Nike Cortez Vintage Medium Curry (Women’s) is a reworking of a Nike classic with a light-brown color scheme, contrasting white on the heel and midsole, as well as an authentic rubber outsole. The Cortez Vintage Medium Curry by Nike shoe for women includes a nylon upper in muted beige, reinforced with textured suede panels in Medium Curry brown. There’s a smooth leather Swoosh along the sidewalls, while a stitched heel and tongue labels carry the branding. The white midsole is set above a gum rubber herringbone outsole. Originally introduced in 1972, the Cortez was Nike s first track shoe and is still a foundational model in its catalog. What we think the standout feature of the Cortez Vintage Medium Curry (Women’s) is the EVA foam wedge midsole, which gives you a subtle lift while keeping the original shape. We also appreciate the gum sole s traction pattern for reliable grip. It retailed at $100 when it was released on September 28, 2024.
