The Nike Air Max 1 86 Big Bubble Obsidian is a reproduction of the original design from 1986. Designed by Tinker Hatfield, this was the first sneaker to have a visible Nike Air unit in the heel. Obsidian is also the original colorway that these sneakers were released with in 80 s, making these sneakers timeless. This Air Max 1 86 sneaker s upper is constructed from a mix of textile materials and suede, with a lining of textile material and a rubber sole for traction. The mesh inserts around the toe and the midsole appear in white, while beige suede overlays can be found on the side and the heel. The Swoosh appears on the side, and obsidian rounds out the design above the white rubber outsole. Red accents appear on the heel and on the tongue, giving this shoe a pop of color.
