The adidas Taekwondo Mei Ballet White Black (Womens) is a flat silhouette that channels a ballet aesthetic while pulling design elements from adidas original Taekwondo Mei silhouette. Crafted from soft leather, this Taekwondo Mei Ballet combines heritage design and modern aesthetics. A core black Y-type overlay adorns the front toe area and is a reminiscent element of the adidas Y-3 model. The cloud white upper is made of leather and is adorned with three iconic core black stripes on the sides. White adidas adds contrast on the black heel overlay. Everything is balanced out with a gum toned rubber outsole. Resembling ballet pointe shoes, there isnt a tongue and the shoes lace crisscross atop the forefoot, and can be additionally tied around the ankle. We think that this shoes standout feature is that it combines the dynamic strength of martial arts and draws inspiration from adidas archival flats, which results in an edgy, minimalist design. Originally priced at $90, the adidas Taekwondo Mei Ballet White Black (Womens) was released on March 15, 2025.
