The Cream Sweet Pink ASICS GEL-Kayano 14’s mesh design, which includes mesh underlays and a web of faux-leather overlays, pays reference to early 2000s GEL-Kayano models, but the addition of glossy metallic silver gives the sneaker a more contemporary feel. Additionally, the rubber outsole, ASICS insignia, and midsole pods all have splashes of color thanks to Sweet Pink accents. This version of the GEL-Kayano was not designed by Toshikazu Kayano, but it nevertheless features the GEL technology underfoot and its recognizable layered construction. Advanced shock absorption is provided by this cushioning technology without making the foot feel heavy.
