The heel and midsole display panels of Light Smoke Grey, while the Swoosh reappears on the interior in Phantom. Ja 2 branding and 12:AM branding appear on the tongue and heel tab, respectively. The Ja 2 is the second signature shoe crafted by the American athletic wear brand Nike for Ja Morant, a pro basketball player for the Memphis Grizzlies. The Ja 2 has a lighter, performance-driven design than its predecessor, featuring Air Zoom cushioning for comfort on the court. The tread-inspired outsole was implemented for quick changes.
